Our Story

Syed Leathers was originally established in 1989 in Fall River, Massachusetts as a manufacturer of a variety of leather garments and handbags. The expertise and background gained by Masum Syed, as well as support and encouragement from numerous racers, prompted the change of focus to meet the demands for quality racing leathers. 

Syed Leathers moved to Orlando, Florida in end of 1993. Over the years, we have made one-piece and two-piece leathers, jackets and pants for Road Racing, Drag Racing, Go-Carting and Touring/Street Riding.

With our proficiency in making custom designs, lettering, logos and perfect fit, Syed Leathers has continued to earn a reputation for producing one of the safest and most reliable custom leather racing suits a motorcyclist could wear. 

Our racing suits are made to your full set of measurements, in your choice of a one-piece or two-piece leathers. You can add supplementary features, such as protection and ventilation options, as well as custom lettering, that best suit your racing needs. Syed Leathers now offers a collection of Ready Made Leathers in a variety of standard sizes and numerous styles. 

Made with top-grain, drum-dyed cowhide leather, our Racing Leathers are manufactured to meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Patches of additional leather are used in critical areas to provide maximum protection. Our leathers are carefully constructed with reinforced seams of double-stitching, top-stitching, and "hidden seam" method, using heavy-duty, nylon-bonded thread which provides resistance to decay.

Now with the help of his son Stefan, the priority of Syed Leathers remains crafting a product combining design and integrity with quality materials.
